What is

Supported Living?

As a Supported Living care provider, we offer innovative, creative support which enable individuals with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and other mental health illnesses to live full and meaningful lives having access to the opportunities they deserve.

Supported living is for people who want to live a more independent life on their own terms, for individuals who want more choice and control of their lives and also a friend to talk to and their hobbies with.

We provide accommodation and person-centred support for people with emotional, physical, and learning needs across Swindon and the surrounding area and we work with service users on all aspects of daily living skills and individual goals.

We support individuals with both complex and non-complex needs. We make assessments to see the level of support and accommodation our service users need. Service users' needs can be physical, psychological or emotional. We will support and empower service users to live the best quality of life.

Your always in control

As the support and enablement needs of our service users constantly change, we will grow and change with you by offering a flexible and responsive approach to our packages of care with a bespoke level of services that empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs to live a happy, comfortable and fulfilling life of their choice and, where possible, in their local community.

We also offer domiciliary care that can support individuals in their own homes to help them with their independence and reach their true potential. With this we can provide 24 hour support if needed and can ensure that the level of support we provide to our service users focuses on giving people a real choice on what they want to do with their day to day life, how they want to do it and in a way which benefits our service users.
